Welcome to leapV! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the leapV mobile application ("app") and any related services provided by leapV ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the app in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or the servers or networks used to make the app available.
• Use the app to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the app.

You may have the ability to submit, post, or share content through the app ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the app.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the above license and that your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

All content and materials available on the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of leapV or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the app without our prior written consent.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, leapV and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your use or inability to use the app.
• any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app
• any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the app by any third party
• any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the app.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless leapV and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). Your continued use of the app after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which leapV is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
