Acceptable Use Policy

The following actions are strictly prohibited within the leapV App:

• Impersonation and Deception: Misrepresenting your identity, impersonating others, or providing false information within the App.
• Malicious Software Distribution: Introducing viruses, malware, or any other harmful software that could damage or disrupt the App, its users, or their devices.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or post within the App. All content must adhere to this Policy and applicable law.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or offensive material.
• Harassment, threats, or incitements to violence.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or vulgar content.
• False, misleading, or defamatory statements.

LeapV reserves the right to review and remove any user-generated content that violates this Policy.

You may have the ability to submit, post, or share content through the app ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the app.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the above license and that your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

You must respect all intellectual property rights associated with the App. The App’s design, text, images, graphics, logos, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to download, reproduce, or distribute the App’s proprietary content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

You are responsible for safeguarding the security of your account, including keeping your login information confidential and secure.

You agree not to attempt to bypass or interfere with any security measures implemented within the App.

LeapV reserves the right to monitor user activity on the App to ensure compliance with this Policy.

Violations of this Policy may result in various actions, including, but not limited to:

• Issuance of a warning.
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
• Notification to appropriate authorities in cases of illegal conduct.

If you observe any activity or content within the App that violates this Policy, please report it to leapV support immediately through the App’s reporting tools or via the contact information on the leapV website.

LeapV may modify this Policy at any time. Changes to the Policy will be posted within the App and on the leapV website. Continued use of the App following any updates signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.
